Taverna Espanola Bar & Restaurant

Taverna Espanola is located in Isabel Segunda, a couple of blocks from the main downtown strip and also a couple of blocks from the ferry docks.  The service is not the quickest, but the local fare is delicious and the drinks while you wait are cold. You can also listen to music and get in a game of billiards while you wait. Great local establishment.
