Richard's Cafe

Richard's Cafe is on Rte 200, on the right (south) side as you begin to enter Isabel Segunda.  They are open seven days per week for lunch and dinner.  They serve American and Puerto Rican cuisine, and are considered fairly inexpensive.  The concensus is that the food is good, but the wait for it can be agonizingly long sometimes.  Make sure to plan for this.
