Green Beach - Punta Arenas

Green Beach is on the far western tip of Vieques, and gives the best view of the main island of Puerto Rico. It is well known for great snorkeling (watch out for sea urchins if you go in off the beach). The feel is very tropical, sort of a Gilligan's Island vibe to it. You go through the Kiani Lagoon (with it's own boardwalk) on the way out to Green Beach. No-see-um's have been known to be ferocious in the late afternoon so bring the requisite bug spray if you will be here at that time of day.
