Chez Shack, hidden in the hills on a back road from Esperanza to the airport. Located on Carr. 995, between the Hix House and La Finca Caribe, in the hills of Pilon. Opening times vary. Chez Shack is depending upon whom you ask, pricey, a shack in the hills, an amazingly good time not to be missed, delicious food cooked by a great chef, THE place to eat on Vieques, a vacation photo op waiting to happen, and more. Chez Shack is the current restaurant incarnation of "Duffy", the local restaurant genius who seems to have started most of the good local restaurants (Tradewinds, Bananas).  Chez Shack has an extensive wine selection. Monday nights are Reggae Night. Reservations are highly recommended.
