Casa Tranquila

Casa Tranquila is a four bedroom home with three full bathrooms which was designed and constructed in 2005.  Located in Villa Borinquen the casa is convenient to Isabel and Bravos and a ten minute drive to the most stunning beaches.   The casa sits alone on a beautiful knoll several hundred yards from the ocean. The views are magnificent, to the west Puerto Rico and to the east Culebra. The casa is perfectly situated to capture the Trade Winds so a pleasant breeze is always present. Everything in the house is brand new. The design utilizes first class Spanish building materials with Terra Cotta and Talevera tile used throughout.
